Archers can shoot — safely, comfortably, and without the coach on every arrow.
- Know safety rules and line commands
- Identify team color and basic equipment
- Shoot independently — no perfect form required, no fear
- Experience line rotation as part of a team (no scoring yet)

Welcome
Introduce the 4-class course and team competition format. Assign Red, Blue, and Green teams (3 archers each).

5–20 min
Safety
- Never point a bow at a person
- Shoot only with coach permission
- Line commands: “Shoot!” / “Arrows!”
- What to do if something goes wrong while drawing
- How to walk to the targets safely

20–30 min
Equipment
Parts of the bow and arrow. How to gear up (glove/tab, arm guard). Team bows stay color-coded all course long.

30–36 min
Individual shooting
Every archer shoots with light supervision. Very close targets, low poundage. Split into two sub-lines if space is tight.
Priority: safety and confidence — not accuracy or fine technique.

36–60 min
Double-line rotation block
24 minutes of structured rotation. Fixed target zones per team:
- Red — targets 1–2
- Blue — targets 3–4
- Green — targets 5–6
Cycle: 2 min (6 shooting) → 2 min (3 shooting) → 2 min (retrieve) — repeat 4 times. No scoring.
